Is limit order safe?

Limit order is safe! It is a centralized order processing system, currently maintained by DeFund Team, which will gradually be decentralized in the future. When submitting a limit order, the user needs to sign the content of the limit order. During the execution of the limit order, the user verifies whether the signature of the user is consistent with the content. The limit order can be executed only when the signature is consistent.

A limit order is a Role with Swap permission added on the basis of GP's own Swap. Therefore, a limit order does not and cannot transfer Swap proceeds to other places. Therefore, there is no need to worry about security risks of a limit order.

Even if the private key of the limit order execution account is leaked, the DAO can remove the list of addresses that can be operated by the limit order in a timely manner to avoid malicious operations.
