Manage fund
Once the fund is established, the fund manager can start to manage the fund, which is mainly divided into the following parts:
transaction
At present, there are three types of transactions supported by DeFund, namely instant exchange, limited price exchange and liquid pool.
A balance of at least 0.02 ETH is required in the fund account in order to ensure that the transaction can proceed with reimbursement of gas charges
Instant exchange
Instant Redemption is a deeply integrated exchange service with Uniswap. GP & OP is allowed to exchange in the list supported by the Fund, and DeFund does not charge any fee for the conversion process.
Limit exchange
Limit Exchange is a centralized exchange service developed by DeFund Team. It allows GP & OP to set the price and time period of cashing for a pending order operation. There is no limit on the number of pending orders, so multiple pending orders with different conditions can be set up to improve the fund utilization rate. When creating a mounting order, you can set the following parameters:
-
Transaction price, exchange quantity
-
Cashing time
-
Premium (Max gas price)
Liquidity pool
The liquidity Pool is an integrated Uniswap V3 liquidity pool that supports GP & OP to provide liquidity in the pool list of supported pools and not to inject liquidity if not whitelisted.
One-click asset conversion
This operation allows GP & OP to quickly convert fund assets into a certain Token supported by the fund. It can be converted in proportion or by selecting part of the assets.
Fund information
The fund's information is divided into two parts: one is transaction-related, stored on the chain, and the other is non-transaction-related, stored in a centralized server. In the process of creating a fund, all parameters except the fund name are stored on the chain, and the information on the chain is unchangeable. Maintainable information has the following sections:
Parameter | Default Value | Description |
---|---|---|
Fund name | - | Contains 3 to 64 characters |
Fund avatar | - | Size 200 * 200 square picture |
Fund Profile | - | No more than 2000 characters in markdown format |
Fund Manager Profile | - | No more than 2000 characters in markdown format |

Parameter setting
During the operation of the fund, some parameters can be adjusted, such as adding traders and modifying gas expense reimbursement rules. Details are as follows:
Set up the fund traderonChain
Setting trader operation is an on-chain operation, so it needs to pay the gas fee. Currently, each fund can set no more than 5 traders, who can assist the fund manager in daily fund operation, but cannot set fund parameters and post. See Fund Authority for details
Minimum initial subscriptiononChain
When the fund is created, the minimum initial subscription should be set. After setting, the minimum initial subscription can be adjusted by GP, which takes effect immediately.
Limit the number of people who can invest onChain
This parameter is optional and has no default value (maximum 65535). It can be adjusted by GP after fund creation or later. The adjustment takes effect immediately.
Suspend the fund subscription onChain
This parameter is mainly used when GP wants to temporarily stop fund subscription. Once set, the fund cannot accept new subscription, but it does not affect the withdrawal of the original LP.
Transaction Gas fees offChain
The fund manager can choose whether the gas expense is paid by his own account or reimbursed by the fund. By default, the gas expense is reimbursed by the fund. This parameter is stored by the centralized server, and GP can adjust this parameter, which takes effect immediately.
Asset priority onChain
Since the fund is sustainable, LP may require the redemption of assets at any time, so it is necessary to set a priority for asset conversion. When the fund is redeemed by LP, it can automatically sell assets in the priority order without GP operation.
-
Standard assets have the highest priority and do not participate in the ranking
-
The GP needs to pay attention to the priority setting after each transaction
Transfer fund manager
When the GP of the fund is no longer able to manage the fund for some reason (such as resignation), the GP of the fund can be transferred to someone else. This operation requires that the original GP initiates to modify the nomination of the fund manager, and then accepts the address for confirmation. After accepting the nomination, the fund manager of the fund is transferred successfully, and the latter has the management authority of the fund. Other parameters set by the original fund manager are not modified, including the set trader.
Withdrawal management fee
The management fee of the fund is calculated in seconds on an annual basis. Only GPs can collect the management fee. The receiving account for collecting the fee can only be GP's account, and no other account can be specified.
