Purchase & redemption

Public funds can buy and redeem at any time if they do not reach the set investor limit and are not suspended, while private funds can buy only on the fund's white list and are also subject to the suspension parameters.

Minimum initial subscription

In order to prevent a large number of low-limit funds from occupying the number of investors, the minimum subscription amount should be set at the time of fund creation, and the value cannot be set to 0, and the fund manager can adjust the minimum initial subscription amount of the fund.

Redemption fee

In order to better operate, the fund can set the redemption rate and the period of collection. The capital injection of LP within the redemption period needs to deduct the redemption fee according to the corresponding rate. Redemption fee will be drawn to DAO account in the proportion of 20%, and 80% will be directly transferred to GP.
